For counties · DOTs · city managers
Every intersection, watched.
Every signal, in sync.
Green Wave AI turns the stoplights you already own into a managed network. Off-the-shelf cameras detect crashes and congestion the moment they happen, a state-of-the-art traffic model retimes signals to match real conditions, and an AI assistant surfaces only the events worth your team's attention.

01 — Admin · Operations console
One calm screen for the whole network
A live map of every signalized intersection — flowing, congesting, incident — with AI-triaged events on the right and a single assistant bar below. No wall of alarms: the AI resolves the routine noise on its own, so 312 events a day become the 9 that actually need a human. And when you want the raw feeds, LiveView puts every camera on one calm wall — each tile annotated with what the AI sees right now.
02 — Control · Adaptive signal timing
Signals that answer to the traffic, not a clock
The unit at each intersection measures approach speeds, queues and arrivals in real time, and the traffic model retimes the corridor every cycle — cycle length, offsets, splits — so platoons ride a green wave instead of braking for every light. The objective it minimizes is the one your drivers actually feel: time stopped at a light. Operators can hold or override any plan.
03 — Admin · Workflow components
The flood, filtered. The loop, human.
- Event triage. Every detection is scored for impact; low-leverage noise is auto-resolved and archived, high-leverage events surface with evidence attached.
- Triggers in plain English. "If the queue on Main St exceeds 2 blocks between 4–7 pm, retime the corridor and notify me" — compiled into an auditable policy.
- Approvals with guardrails. The model proposes retimings; pedestrian minimums, cycle caps and emergency preemption are checked before a human approves.
- An assistant that knows the network. Ask what happened at 5th & Main and get the incident, the actions already taken, and what clears when.
04 — In situ · At the intersection
Commodity hardware on the poles you already own
A 4K camera and an edge-compute box strap-mount to the existing mast arm and speak NTCIP to the signal cabinet. Detection runs locally in ~84 ms — no proprietary sensors, no new poles, and a per-intersection cost that is a fraction of legacy ITS.
05 — Enforcement · Red-light citations
From violation to collected fine, without the paperwork
The same cameras that watch for crashes read license plates when a vehicle enters on red. Each violation is captured as a complete evidence packet — plate read, video clip, and the signal-phase record proving the light was red — then moves through citation, notice and payment without your staff touching a spreadsheet.
- Plate capture with evidence. ALPR reads the plate and attaches the clip, timestamp and signal state at moment of entry, so every citation stands on its own record.
- Review before issue. Violations queue for an authorized reviewer; nothing is mailed without sign-off, and rejected captures are purged.
- Billing & collection, end to end. Notices, an online payment portal, reminders and escalation run automatically — fine revenue settles directly to the agency.
- Privacy-scoped by policy. Plate data is used only for confirmed infractions and retained on the schedule your ordinance sets, with a full audit trail.
